Shipping Policy

Processing Time

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and carrier but generally range from 1-5 business days within the U.S.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. and do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska due to agricultural restrictions. We also cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Coastal Plant Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
