At Coastal Plant Company, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you're not completely happy, please review our refund and return policy below:

Plants

We guarantee our air plants for 30 days from the date of delivery. If your plant happens to die within this window, you may request a refund or replacement. To process your request:

  • Provide a clear picture of the affected plant to confirm the issue.
  • If the replacement plant is out of stock, we will offer a similar plant of equal or greater value, or provide a refund for the plant.
  • Please note: replacements will only be issued once for the same plant.

Non-Plant Goods (Displays, Decor, etc.)

If you are unsatisfied with your non-plant items, they may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Refunds will be issued for returned goods in their original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
